Mocha Cream

Great!!! Super easy!! Baked a fresh vanilla "jelly roll" and filled with the cream(1/2 dose) then dusted with confectioners' sugar!!!

Seafood Alfredo Dip

Buttery Soft Pretzels

I grew up in Philly, so I KNOW my soft pretzels!! These were ok!! I omitted the 1/2 cup of sugar, and brushed with melted butter while baking!! But when I get "home sick" these will help a little!!

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Broccoli Beef I

Quick and easy recipe!! Used very little sugar, added onion before cooking the beef (used sirloin),steamed fresh broccoli for 5 min.,and added extra broth,not bad at all!!
