Creamy Cordon Bleu Bake

Reviewed on Nov. 7, 2008 by Beth LeClere, Midwest Cooking
This is a fabulous recipe! I made a few changes. Instead of cream of celery, I used sour cream and mixed with the cream of chicken soup. This cut down on salt and added a little zip. I also added frozen peas and carrots and served it over rotini! The whole crowd raved!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Reviewed on Nov. 5, 2008 by DANIELLE BEATTY
I made a few changes and this recipe was a keeper. I baked the chicken ahead of time and shredded it by hand. Then I sauteed the onions and garlic before adding the rest of the ingredients. I strongly suggest sauteing the onions so they don't taste raw in the soup.

Cottage Cheese Potatoes

Reviewed on Oct. 6, 2008 by DANIELLE BEATTY
These tasted OK, but definitely lacked something flavor-wise. Also, I didn't care for the raw onion flavor. Maybe if I had sauteed the onions first as one previous reviewer suggested it would have tasted better.
