Our family's favorite. Slightly sweet and spicy with a light non-tomato based baste, that doesn't overpower the delicious falling-off the bone meat. We have also used this recipe on pork shoulders.. Devine!! BBQ sauce is never needed, but if you must, only use your favorite!

First the ribs are coated with a very sweet cayenne and garlic mixture and marinated in the fridge for eight hours. Then they 're cooked in the oven until tender and tossed onto a hot grill where they're basted with a yummy BBQ sauce for another ten minutes.

This is how my Brazilian mom prepares pork ribs. Boiling the ribs with the seasonings ensures that the meat will remain moist and juicy, and that the flavors will fully penetrate the meat. I hope you like these as much as I always have! Serve with lime wedges, rice and a fresh green salad.

This is an excellent dish for a barbeque party. Make the ribs in advance, and when your guests have arrived, all that's left is to grill them. You'll have them wondering how they got so tender and tasty so fast.

This is an authentic familiar traditional Cantonese home-style dish. It's a recipe mostly passed on within families, and it is rare to find this dish in any Asian restaurant. Trust me though, it is VERY good. It's actually intentionally salty tasting, so it goes very well with white rice.

These ribs are so simple to prepare. Just brown them, then combine with the sauce ingredients in your slow cooker.

My Mom's longtime recipe that she learned from my grandmother who has long passed on. Combines soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, garlic, as well as a few other simple ingredients to make a delicious sauce for sweet and sour cut ribs. Great over rice! Some say rice and this sauce is their favorite food! A Lechner family tradition!

I'll never forget the wonderful aroma of these spare ribs when I was growing up. They have a real old-fashioned flavor. Who can resist when that mouth-watering homemade barbecue sauce clings to every morsel? -Judy Clark, Elkhart, Indiana
